Committee on Industrial and Regulatory Policy and Entrepreneurship recommends that the Parliament adopts as a Basis the Bill on Amendments to several Legislative Acts of Ukraine as regards their Coordination with the Economic Code of Ukraine and the Law "On State Registration of Legal Entities and Natural Persons - Entrepreneurs"

The Bill (Reg. No.2221) unifies the terms appertaining to economic entities. The Bill introduces relevant amendments to several Laws of Ukraine in order to coordinate them with the Economic Code of Ukraine, and the Law "On State Registration of Legal Entities and Natural Persons Entrepreneurs".

Inter alia, the Bill alters the following definitions: "entrepreneurship", "subject of entrepreneurship", "citizens - subjects of entrepreneurship" in accordance with the definitions established by the Economic Code of Ukraine, and the Law "On State Registration of Legal Entities and Natural Persons Entrepreneurs".
